Mr. Rastogi has more than four decades of experience financing, analyzing, and investing in public and private companies.
Vipul Kumar Rastogi

Mr Vipul Kumar is a Managing Director at Ascent Pinnacle Capital. He has over 12 years of experience in the financial industry across special situation, restructuring, private placement, structured debt and private equity syndication.
He has advised clients on a wide variety of transactions, including domestic/ international debt restructuring, structured transactions and equity raising.
